Fast Hot Burgers

Ingredients
1lb lean mince

2 tablespoon natural yogurt

1 teaspoon curry paste

1 onion

fresh corriander

olive oil

pitta bread

Method
Chop up the onion into quite fine pieces. Put a little olive oil into a frying pan, heat, then add the onion. Cook until it is golden.
Chop the corriander.
Mix the yogurt with the curry paste in a bowl that is big enough to hold the mince. Add the mince and work everything together with your fingers.
Now add the chopped corriander and work this into the mixture.
Once the onions are cooked add them to the mixture and work in - be careful if the onion is still hot!
Take the mixture and split into 4. Work each piece into a ball shape and then flatten down with the palm of your hand to make a burger shape.
Add a little more olive oil to the frying pan, heat and then add your burgers.
Cook for about 5 minutes on each side on a moderate heat.
Take the pitta bread, heat under a grill, split open and add a burger inside each.
Optionally add the sauce of your choice and/or a little mayonaise.
Salad on the side is good for those healthy types.

Option 1
Add more than one teaspoon of curry paste and blow your head off. :o

Option 2
If you have just returned from the pub and want to do this then skip the corriander - you'll only chop your stupid fingers off.
