This recipe was given to me by an Egyptian friend and is one of my favourite Middle Eastern salads. I love it as a main course salad but it also tastes great served with any kind of grilled meat/fish dish.
1. Put all of the prepared salad ingredients into a serving bowl (including the bread).
2. Mix dressing ingredients and add to the salad, tossing well.
3. Allow to marinade for a few minutes before serving.
