Fifteen chocolate cookies (made Jamie)

Ingredients
Recipe for 8-10 copies:

250g butter
200g bittersweet chocolate 70%
Random: 150g dried cherries or cranberries
Random: 150g nuts
80g cocoa
65g wheat flour,
1 teaspoon baking powder
35g icing sugar
4 large eggs
Random: The rind of 1 orange
Random: 250 ml cream

Method
Created by:
Heat oven to 180 degrees C. Rectangular shape with a length of 30cm told baking paper. In a large pot set to misc with water boiling on a low flame to dissolve the butter and stir chocolate until now combine to form a smooth mass. Add nuts and cherries if they are using. In a separate misc Mix cocoa and flour, baking powder and sugar, then add weight. Thoroughly mixed. Mix egg and Add to obtain a smooth dough.

Add dough to form and insert the combustion oven for about 25 minutes. Prepared cakes can not be dry because you insert a toothpick in the cake to see whether it was prepared after removal should not be completely dry. Quite dry. The dough is baked with the top, middle and slightly wet. After removing them kitchen box, and then carefully passed through to the board and sort of small rectangles. Brownie is excellent as a dessert with thick cream mixed with a little orange peel open.

I tried this recapie and it was seriously nice soft and chewey
