Filled Pork roast with creamy potatoes

Ham and cheese filled pork belly roast with creamy potatoes.

Ingredients
Pork Jowl butt boneless• Could also be boneless, rindless freedom pork belly• 1 kilogram

Ham 100 grams

Mozzarella Cheese 200 Cm2

Mustard 4 tablespoons

Cream (unsweetened) 1/2 kilogram

Cream (unsweetened) 3 tablespoon spare.

Milk 1/2 cup

Paprika 2 teaspoon

Potatoes 1 kilogram

Salt and pepper

Method
Preheat oven to 380 degrees.
Remove fat from one side of pork.
Place the ham and cheese in half of the pork.
Fold and sew with kitchen thread. You can use toothpicks to close the meat.
Add salt and pepper. Cover with mustard.
Place into the oven for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, peal potatoes and cut in 1 centimeter pieces.
Mix potatoes with the cream, milk, salt, pepper and paprika.
Place potatoes into a microwave for 30 minutes. You can the potatoes place into the oven too. Mix every 10 minutes.
After 20 minutes remove the pork from the oven and cover with the 3 cream tablespoon.
Place in the oven for 5 more minutes.

Serve
Cut the pork 1n 4 pieces.
Serve 1 piece and 1/4 of the potatoes.

The photo, like you can see, it's not the final preparation. I do not have a photo of the finished dish. I place that photo so you can see the type of meat.

The meat I usually use it's "Matambre de cerdo" I cannot find the translation for that pork cut.
