Dorada 3 PCs• (300-400 g), Baltic herring (sardines) 10-15 PCs., (1 kg) King prawns, 2 cloves of Garlic, 1 kg of Fresh Greens (coriander, fennel), onions, 2 lemon, Meal Spices (paprika, salt, sweet, white pepper, curry powder, garlic powder, dill), olive oil, oil for frying.
1. Marinate Sardines.
Fresh sardines rinse with cold water, disembowel, lay in the capacity for marinate. Sprinkle with salt, white pepper, capsicum, dried garlic and pour the juice of half a lemon. Mix the hands each fish by spices. Cover or foil and leave to marinate for 2-3 hours in a cool place.
2. Marinate Dorada.
Dorada clean off scales, remove the gills. Rubbed with salt and white pepper. Inside the carcass put sliced onions and a sprig of fresh dill and coriander. Poured fish olive oil and leave to marinate for 1 hour.
3. Marinate Shrimps.
King prawns to thaw. Each shrimp cut belly from head to tail. Pour in a large pan. Add olive oil (100 g), dry powder or granulated garlic (2 tbsp), salt, a little paprika (2 TSP) and a pinch of Red Chile. Mix thoroughly and leave to marinate several hours.
4. Cooking fish dish.
The carcase of Dorada wrap in aluminum foil, oiled olive oil. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Bake the fish in foil for 30-40 minutes. Ready to fish out of the foil and put on a large dish and lightly squeeze lemon juice. Sardines roll in the flour and FRY on both sides in vegetable oil until golden brown. Lay out in Centre dishes next to Dorada. Prepared shrimps fry pan in the marinade for 10 minutes at high heat, if necessary add a little olive oil. Roasted prawn fish lay out along the edges of the plates. Decorate the dish with fresh herbs and lemon.
