Flatbread Pizza with Goat Cheese, Tomatoes and Chutney

Good and Good for You Perfect Personal Pizza for One or Starter for Four Makes four This is a great play on sweet, spicy, tart and creamy

Ingredients
Organic store bought flat bread
Small package of goat cheese 113.398 g
1/2 tsp fresh basil chopped
1/2 tsp fresh oregano chopped
1/8 tsp fresh rosemary chopped
1 cup (128g) sliced sundried tomatoes
1/4 cup (57g) pear chutney
small hand full chopped scallions

Method
Pre-heat oven to 375 F/190 C/Gas mark 5
Remove goat cheese from the packaging and place in small bowl with chopped herbs. Mix together until blended and cheese is a bit creamy in texture.
Spread chees mixture on the flat bread. Spread chutney over cheese and top with the sliced tomatoes. Place on sheet pan/cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with the chopped scallions. Slice and serve
