700 g of flour
25 g yeast
2 spoons of oil
1 and 1/2 spoons of sugar
250 g of milk
vanilla or rom essence
You mix all the ingredients and you let the dough into an warm place at least an hour.
After that you flatten the dough and you make circles with a glass. You also let the circles of dough an hour to rest, cover them with a towel and keep them somewhere warm.
After an hour you can fry them. Remove them after they turn into golden-brown. You can sprinkle pouder sugar on them.
