Ingredients
10-12 ounces water

1 1/2 tsp salt

1 1/2 tbsp oilive oil

4 cups flour

1 tbsp sugar

2 teaspoons Yeast

Method
Mix flour and all dry ingredients together. Make a nice well with your flour, you can substitute 1 cup for tipo 00 flour. Add all wet ingredients in the well and mix. Let dough rest for 1 hour and then shape and bake.
