Preheat oven at 220'C.
After the dough has risen, knead a few minutes then make shape, put on the round shape baking tray and let to rise until the oven is ready. Bake on oven about 35-40 minutes.
Let to cool and cut it on the top, get them outside the core and before to use bake on oven for 2-3 minutes.
Make the soup:
Heat a large bowl with olive oil and butter. When butter has melted add onion and garlic. Stir and cook for about 15 minutes or until onion is brown and soft.
Add plain four and stir, then put a glass white wine. Let to evaporate alcohol then add hot water.
Season with sea salt & freshly ground black pepper.
Finally added your favorite grated cheese, let to melt and stir.
Put the soup on baked bread, grated cheese and a few parsley leaf on top, then serve...
