This recipe works best when using the in-door BBQ for gas cooker which can be purchased from bbq4gascooker.com website.

Ingredients
• 4 pork fillet steaks
• full fat mayonnaise
• medium size onion (very finely sliced)
• 2 medium size tomatoes (finely sliced)
• 120 – 150 gr• grated cheese (Cheddar)
• seasoning (salt, pepper)

Method
To prepare the pork steaks:
Season the pork. Then put the steaks, one by one, between 2 large pieces of wrapping film and hit them with something heavy and flat until they\'re about 0.5cm thick.
Place the pork steaks on a plate. Smear the mayonnaise evenly over the one side of the pork steaks. Scatter onion slices and then tomato slices over the pork steak. Cover the tomato slices with grated cheese.
To cook the pork steaks:
Place the pork steaks on the grill of the BBQ pan, cover with the lid and cook for 15 minutes without opening the lid. Tip: Grill the pork steaks on the medium fire, so all the toppings have a chance to cook before the cheese crisps up.
