Season the pork. Then put the steaks, one by one, between 2 large pieces of wrapping film and hit them with something heavy and flat until they're about 0.5cm thick.
Place the pork steaks on a plate. Smear the mayonnaise evenly over the one side of the pork steaks. Scatter onion slices and then tomato slices over the pork steak. Cover the tomato slices with grated cheese.
To cook the pork steaks:
Place the pork steaks on the grill of the BBQ pan, cover with the lid and cook for 15 minutes without opening the lid. Tip: Grill the pork steaks on the medium fire, so all the toppings have a chance to cook before the cheese crisps up.
