This is also a very simple and tasty dish in Brazil, besides being fried if you fry it in the appropriate temperature comes out very dry and healthy.
oil for frying
100 grs parmesan cheese
Cook the manioc with the salt for about 40 min till it becomes soft.
After drain it and fry in hot oil.
Mix the parmesan cheese and the oregano, mix with the fried maniocs and serve hot with some rice, beans and coconut chutney as well.
Decorate with some basil leaves.
