Quick plate
Ingredients
2 serves
1 chicken fillet
1 egg
salt
pepper
grate rusk
olive oil (frying)
Method
Chop the chicken fillet into pieces(about 4 cm each).Add salt and pepper.
Mix the pieces with the egg and then put them in a plate with the rusk.
The secret in this recipe is that after mixing ,you may put the chicken pieces into the fridge(30 MINUTES), so the grate rusk will stick around the chicken.
Fry them with olive oil, in a deep pan and medium temperature.
The chicken is ready after 10 minutes of frying and when its color turns into gold.
Perfect dish for kids . Quick but healthy and not junk..
