A rustic swedish dish. Simple to make, tasty to eat. Serve with chilled beer.
Ingredients
1 kg potatoes
4-8 fillets of mackerel (depending on size)
500 g frozen spinach
Butter
Wheatflour
White pepper
Salt
Method
I prefer to use lapp potatoes with the skin left but of course you can use your own favorite.
Boil the potatoes in salted water. Flavour with some salt and white pepper on the fillets and fry the mackerel with a piece of butter in a well heated pan. Start making a viscous béchamelsauce and flavour with salt and white pepper. Then, just add the spinach and stir untill the stowing is heated.
Smaklig mĺltid! (Bon appetit!)
