Ingredients
Chicken Wings (or any other parts of the Chicken)
2 ts of Olive Oil
2 ts of curry powder
1 ripe Banana
2 ts of curry powder
1/2 ts of salt
1/2 ts of peper
1/2 ts of paprika
2 garlic clove
1/2 stock cube (optional)
Rice
Method
[u][b]Chicken:[/b][/u]
1) Clean the chicken
2) Cook the chicken about 10 and 15 min in water in a sauce pan (5 min in a pressure cooker), with 1/2 stock cube or a bit of salz
3) Take the chicken out and soak up excess water off with kitchen roll
(Keep the water as this makes an excellent base for sauces/stews.
You will need to 3 ladles of it for the curry sauce)
4) Flavour chicken with salt, peper, and paprika
(Mix the spices and dab it onto the chicken)
5) Heat 1 ts of oil in a frying pan
6) Fry the chicken until golden brown (about 5 min at max setting)
[u][b]Sauce:[/b][/u]
[i]Preparation:[/i] Mash the ripe banana with a fork until creamy
1) Heat 1 ts of oil in a pan
2) Add the 2 ts of curry powder to the oil and let it soak in the oil for about a minute
3) Mince the garlic and add it to the curry
4) Add the banana and mix
5) Add the 3 ladles of chicken water and bring to boil
6) Turn down the heat and leave to simmer at least 10 min

Prepare the rice as usual adding a whole garlic clove to the water
