1/2 cup mint leaves or curry leaves,
1-2 red chillies
1 small red onion
1 garlic clove
1/3 cup grated coconut
1 big pinch of ground pepper
1/4 tsp cumin powder
1/2 lemon juice or juice of 1 lime
1.Grind or pound mint, chillies , onionn, garlic coconut to a fine paste .
2. Add lime or lemon juice, pepper, cumin and salt. mix well.
SERve with a mild curry such as the dhal curry or the yellow fish curry and plain rice.
You can even turn this into an appetiser or snack, serve with some popadams or tortilla chips and use as a dip.
