Garlic Sauce (Lebanese recipe)

Ingredients
1/3-1/2 cup pureed garlic
1/2 cup + 2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 1/2 tsp salt
6 tbsp olive oil
3-4 tbsp lemon juice

Method
- The garlic should be pureed using a pestle and mortar. Don\'t cook the garlic!
Use the salt (the 1 1/2 tsp) to puree the garlic as it makes it easier.

- In a food processor, put the garlic puree and add the oils and lemon juice very slowly (alternate between the olive oil, vegetable oil and lemon juice).

- You can add some oil if you find it very sharp, but be careful because it might separate.

It\'s great with chicken. Add it to some mayo and it will make nice aioli.

Yes, it goes great with tomatoes, cheese (especially when making garlic bread)...
You can add it to whatever you want aslong as it tastes good. Be creative :)

This sounds very good. We love garlic here so I think I'll try it. Anything besides chicken? Any veg?
