This is a very easy and nice dish of grated potatoes, you can make it with some rice and savories for your Sunday lunch. Your guests will love.
3 kl potatoes
400 grs sour cream
1 tbs basil leaves
1 tbs rosemary
3 tsp turmeric powder
3 tsp salt
400 grs cheese
Ghee or Olive oil
Cook the potatoes with salt in slices of 1cm till it\'s a bit cooked.
In a saucepan add the spicies with the sour cream and cook for about 5 minutes. Add some more salt to it.
Grease the baking tin with some olive oil and put part of the potatoes.
Pour the sour cream and put a layer of cheese. Put some more olive oil.
Add more potatoes and sour cream and the cheese on the top.
Put in the oven for about 40 minutes, till it grate
Serve it hot with rice and dhal.
