A delicious side dish or main course with chapati or a little plain rice. Easy to make simply mix in fresh Jeera masala curry paste and cook in a lidded pan to retain moisture under low heat.

Ingredients
600g cauliflower florets
1 jeera masala fresh curry paste (from www.curryfusion.net)
100g of garden peas
1 finely chopped tomato
Chopped coriander for garnish

Method
Mix the vegetables and the jeera masala in a pan, add 1tbsp of water. Cook in a lidded pan for20 minutes under low heat.
Garnish with coriander and optionally give a good squeeze of lemon and season with a little salt. Job done! Optionally, add a half a tsp of brown mustard seed to 1 tsp of hot oil till they start cracking. Add this to the vegetables create the flavours of Gujarati cooking.
