In a saucepan add some oil, fresh coriander, 1 tsp salt, and the turmeric, fry for some minutes and add the sour cream, add some water and cook for some minutes until it gets a bit thick, reserve.
In a tray add the layers of potatoes, cream, cheese and butter, after add some rosemary on the top.
Bake for about 40 minutes until it gets brown and grated, serve with some biryani rice and lentils dhal.
