  • 2 kl sliced potatoes
  • 400 ml sour cream
  • 3 tsp turmeric
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 500 gr muzzarella cheese
  • 1tsp rosemary
  • 100 gr butter
  • sunflower oil
  • 2 tbs fresh coriander
  • water
Boil the potatoes with one tsp of salt until they get a bit cooked but not so soft. Drain the water and reserve.
In a saucepan add some oil, fresh coriander, 1 tsp salt, and the turmeric, fry for some minutes and add the sour cream, add some water and cook for some minutes until it gets a bit thick, reserve.

In a tray add the layers of potatoes, cream, cheese and butter, after add some rosemary on the top.
Bake for about 40 minutes until it gets brown and grated, serve with some biryani rice and lentils dhal.
