Method

  • 6 thin bone in pork chops
  • 2 tsp veg oil
  • 1 cup chicken brith
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream (35%)
  • 2 1/2 TBSP Grainy Mustard
Have had this grainy mustard in the fridge for awhile and never knew what to do with it or use it. So I tried it with the pork chop and it was amazing!! Season pork chops with salt & pepper. heat oil in pan with 1 tbsp butter. Cook pork chopsuntil browned on both sides. Trasnfer the chops to a plate and cover tightly with foil. Discard fat from the pan. Add broth and bring to a boil, scrapping all the yummy bits at the bottom of the pan. Reduce heat to meadium and simmer until thickened. Add the pok chops and accumulated juices from the plate. Add cream and simmer until thickened. Stir in mustard and season with salt & pepper. Pour sauce over chops.
