Cut the mashrooms into pieces , not very small(actually every mashroom must be cutted in 3 pieces).
Add all the ingrendients in a pan, heat the olive oil and after 5 minutes, add one glass of white dry wine.
Cook the mushrooms another 5 minutes and when the sauce thicken serve them.
If you like,add some stronge taste cheese like " parmezana" or " cretan mitzithra".
Drink a white wine.
