Healthy burger and really tasty....try it...
Ingredients
4 serves( 4 big burgers)
2 zucchini
1 big onion
1 potato
2 big mushrooms (portobello)
handful of dill
2 table spoons of olive oil
50 grms of yellow cheese
50 grms of feta cheese
4 table spoons of flour
1/2 tea spoon of soda powder
thyme,oregano and red pepper(sweet)
1 tea spoon sea salt
Method
First of all you have to peeled potatoes , zucchini,onion and mushrooms.Chop them using a blender, in very small pieces.Drain the extra liquids from this mixture carefully. Add all the herbs and the dill and put them all in a wide utensil cause you gonna mix them with the cheese(yellow and feta) ,the salt and the soda powder.At last add the olive oil and mix them well.If the mixture is fluid enough, try to add more flour to absorb the liquids.
Then you have to give a round shape in the burgers. Place them in a roasting pan, in which you have already settled this special paper, we use to bake cookies, in the oven.This gonna \" save\" the burgers from sticking on the pan.Bake them in a high temperature for 5 minutes and then 20 minutes in a low temperature.
