After 5 minutes, and when the onion's color turn into gold, the cook may add 2-3 peeled and chopped tomatoes, 2 handfuls of well chopped parsley and 1 1/2 tea sp of salt.
The last act that cook has to do, is to add 1 glass of water and to close the top of the pan. Then the food must be cooked in a slow fire for 50-60 minutes. Dont add to much water because the green beans are "expelling" the water their body contains , during the cooking, and so if you add too much water the food will be tasteless.
Remember slow fire means TASTY FOOD....
