First, prepare the salsa by mixing all of the ingredients together, allowing it to marinade whilst you cook the chops. 1. Preheat a griddle pan/frying pan till hot. 2. Drizzle a little oil onto the chops and season with salt and pepper. Rub into the meat. 3. Cook on the griddle for a few minutes each side (or to your liking)..i like mine to be a little pink in the middle. 4. Serve chops with some cooked couscous (cooked according to your packet instructions) and the salsa.
