4 (3 oz) Boneless Chicken Breasts, Skin Removed
1/2 Cup White Wine
1/8 tsp Pepper
1/2 tsp Garlic, Minced
1 Medium Sweet Red Onion, Sliced
4 Slices Low Cholesterol Swiss Cheese
4 Onion Rolls/Bread Rolls
4 Lettuce Leaves
1. Marinate chicken in wine, garlic and pepper for 4 hours or i prefer to marinate the chicken overnight then it gets better flavour.
2. Grill chicken until tender about 20 minutes. Place a chicken breast, cheese, onion and lettuce on each onion roll bun.
3. Then enjoy i like to add some mushrooms just a few with my chicken roll.
