Grilled Herb Moroccan Chicken

The proportion of every ingredient is based on the amount of spice and herbs you want to put. I do not dictate measurement. :-)

Ingredients
Chicken Breast Fillet
Lemon
Paprika
Cumin
Ground Sage
Chili Powder
Salt & Pepper
Rosemary
Dried Basil
Dried Oregano
Butter
Baby Potatoes

Method
Prepare chicken breast fillet in plastic seal wrapper. Squeeze some lemon, then add all the herbs and spices. Marinate it for 3-5 hours. Place it in a fridge. So while marinating it, get those baby potatoes and boil \'til overcooked. When ready rinse it and then heat pan in medium heat with butter. Saute the potatoes then add some dried basil and oregano. Then some salt and pepper. Set aside when cooked.

After 3-5 hour of marination, get some grilling pan and baste it butter. Place the chicken meat and grill it 3-5 mins then flip it to grill the other side. After 2-3 mins., chicken is done. Get those baby potatoes and plate them together!

Do you use the basil and oregano in the marinade as well as with the potatoes?<br />
