Ingredients
Squid
Herbs(Mint/Thyme) for garnished dressing
Lemon
Flavored Salt(Garlic and Chilli)
Walnut Infused Olive Oil
Crab Salsa :
Crab
Chopped Onion(1/2 cup)
Chopped Tomato(1 cup ,De-seeded)
Pine nuts(1tsp)
Sauce :
Mango Vinaigrette Sauce(3tsp)
Red vine Vinegar(1tsp)
Red Vine (2tsp)
Method
Crab Salsa :
Mix Tomato & Onion and dress them with the sauce,add salt to taste.Fry the Crab meat and top \'em up over the Salsa.Fry Pine nuts and sprinkle them on top.
Grilled Squid :
Cut the Squid into two halves,dress them with the Flavored Salt (Garlic & Chilli),Grill them between 3-4minutes in Walnut infused Olive oil.Upon Serving Squezze Lemon Juice on top.
