Brush the exposed flesh of fruit with olive oil. Let stand. Mix together Ricotta, zest of lemon, juice of lemon, milk, and sugar together until the ricotta has loosened up a bit. Let this mixture stand. Place fruit flesh side down on very hot grill until grill marks form (2-3 minutes top). Remove the fruit and reserve. Serve 2 or 3 halves of fruit with a heaping dollup of ricotta mixture and drizzle it all with the honey. T
