Grilled polenta with baby tomatoes and basil

Ingredients
Polenta, dried parsley, dried oregano, fresh parsley, 10 baby tomatoes, 2 pinches of salt, 1 small spoon of butter, 1 fist of fresh basil, 3 spoons of tomato sauce with garlic, 1 pinch of pepper

Method
I made this one as a starter dish for a romantic meal with my girlfriend. But it can also be made as a light supper or a nice snack. She loved it and there was nothing left on the plate ... :)

Make the polenta with the instructions on the bag (before boiling the water, add a pinch of salt and butter). In the last minute of cooking add dried parsley and oriegano. When cooked, put it in a flat and wide pan, evenly spreaded. Add some olive oil on top and leave in in the fridge until hardened. When hardened, cut the polenta in even squared slices, add olive oil on each side and grill it until crunchy. Chop the basil and cut cherry tomatoes on half. Heat up the tomato sauce, add some pepper, fresh basil and fresh parsley. Mix well. Serve two slices of polenta with sauce on top, baby tomatoes on top of the sauce and chopped basil. Add some parsley for decoration and garnish with salt and pepper.
