Kurobuta Pork is more tender than normal pork that we eat
i got it from a local market - central in hong kong
or some people may get it from large supermarket
its fresh, not frozen or chilled
Ingredients
6 pieces Kurobuta Pork Ribs [黑豚肉]
a teaspoon of cummin
a teaspoon of nutmeg
little ketchup
little mixed herbs
taste- sugar, salt, pepper
olive oil
Method
Mix all the seasonings into the pork
and leave them for an hour (in fridge),
Pre-heat oven to 200C,
Put the pork in, each side grill for 15-20 minutes.
DONE!
