A healthier version of the deviled egg
Ingredients
Eggs, Avocado, red pepper flakes, spicy mustard, garlic powder, mayonnaise
Method
Peel and halve 6 hard boiled eggs. Combine 2 of the yolds with one ripe avocado. Mash it all up with a dab of may, a spot of spicy mustard, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Spoon mixture into egg white halves and top with a sprinkling of red pepper flakes. Ejoy before dinner with a drink!
