Fry the chopped onion, add the can of tomatoes and let simmer for a while. Add the lemon zest, fresh coriander and salt and pepper. Add the cream and lemon juice. Let the sauce simmer and fry at this point the halloum in a pan until golden brown. Serve with rice. Sorry if my English isn't correct, but I hope you can read the recipe. This recipe is one of my favourites, it's easy and fresh :)
