-- 3 or 4 cups of homemade chicken broth
-- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
-- 16 ounces angel hair pasta (preferably whole wheat or Barilla Smart Choice)
Get chicken broth boiling in a saucepot on stove. Break pasta into boiling broth. Stir, allow to cook to al dente. A lot of the broth will be absorbed; you may not have to drain depending-- if there\'s only a tablespoon or so left, keep it in. Toss with olive oil and serve.
