2. Lay a clean tea towel in a fine hair sieve and place over a deep bowl or pan.
3. Pour about half the mixture into the towel/sieve. Draw the towel up into a bundle, twist together, then using your hands, squeeze the milk through the towel.
4. Once you've squeezed all the milk through, throw away the dry nut mixture and repeat with the rest of the milk.
5.Pour into a jug or large bottle , then pop it in the fridge till it's nice and cold.
