For an healthier option
Use lean steak and turkey or chicken mince
Bulk it out with plenty of mushrooms, peppers and beans
Ingredients
500g Lean Steak Mince
500g Chicken Mince
400g Chopped Onions
400g Chopped Mushrooms
2 Bell Peppers
2 Cloves of Garlic or 3 Cubes of Frozen Garlic
4 tsp Oregano
4 tsp Cinnamon Powder
4 tsp Cumin Seeds
3 tsp Crushed Chilli
2 tbsp Tomato Purée
Tin of Chopped Tomatoes
Tin of Haricot Beans (unsalted)
Tin of Chickpeas (unsalted)
Ground Black Pepper
500ml Guinness Original
