A healthy, easy wrap for lunch or dinner. Takes less than 15 minutes and the whole family will love it.
Ingredients
Hoisin sauce
1 Onion
1 Cucumber
2 Tomatoes
1 Bell chilli
3 Cloves of garlic
500g of lean cubed beef
Wholegrain wraps
Pre packaged salad of your choice
Powdered chillies
Whole egg mayonnaise (optional)
Method
Heat the pan with a small amount of oil. Place the beef cubes in a freezer bag with a sprinkle of the powdered chilli, minced garlic and 3 tablespoons of Hoisin sauce and leave to sit while you make the tomato sauce. For the sauce blend together the bell chilli, tomato, onion, garlic cloves (whole) and a splash of oil till smooth. Brown the beef until the marinade caramelizes. Heat the wraps for 30 seconds on high then add the salad, second tomato and the cucumber with whole egg mayonnaise and some of the tomato sauce then add the beef. Wrap and enjoy!
