Then put elder flowers and cut up to pieces lemons in a big bowl or bucket and cover it with 3 l of water. Then leave it for at least 30 hours (I usually leave it even longer). After that period of time take lemons and flowers out of the water and put in sugar and citric acid. Carefully mix it until sugar is completely melted.
That's it, last thing you have to do is put juice into the (warm) bottles. If you like it less sweet put in the glass less juice and more water...
