Home made hummus with pita chips

I wanted to make home made hummus long time ago. But I thought it is really difficult and I will mess up at the first time. I was wrong in both of it. It is really easy and you can\'t mess it up because you can flavour it till you serve - it will be exactly how you like it: strong flavoured, thick, airy or (if you put in some chili) spicy. And your guests will be impressed! :)

Ingredients
For the hummus:

375 g canned chickenpeas
2 tbsp tahini - this is the secret ingredient, the sesame paste
2 fat garlic clove
2-3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2-3 tbsp water
salt
oliveoil for the top of the hummus

For the pita chips:

1,5 pita per person
large-grained sea salt
oliveoil

Method
Put all of the ingredients of the hummus to the blender and whizz until smooth. Taste it and add more from the tahini, the salt, or the lemon juice as you like. Cut each pita for 6 pieces, scatter with oliveoil and large-grained sea salt and drop it to the oven for 220C for 10-12 minutes or until it\'s crackle. Put some oil to the top of the humus and serve it with the hot pita chips. :)
