serves 8-10 pieces
300 grms cream cheese(light if you like)
300 grms cream fresh(light)
250 grms sugary milk
15 pieces of savouagiar biscuits or other soft kind
10 tea sp sugar
4 tea sp cocoa powder
4 tea sp coffee powder(it gives the taste you want to the ice cream)
1 glass of water
In a utensil mix the cream cheese and the fresh cream with the sugary.The mixing must be good in order to create a homogeneous mass.
Depend on what scheme you want to give to the ice cream, you will add this mixture to the appropriate utensil,but in the bottom you must first add the biscuits you have already broke into pieces. Above them you will add the syrup and at last the mixture . Put the ice cream in the fridge and let it
