Combine flour, oatmeal, sifted cocoa, sugar and a pinch of salt, add cold butter into pieces and \"crumble\" until the butter and the flour resemble breadcrumbs. Chop the chocolate in a very tiny pieces to resemble to chocolate drops. Combine the mixture of butter and flour, then add half the orange juice,chocolate cut into pieces, vanilla and egg yolk. Form a soft dough and add the orange juice if necessary to be able to form a relatively soft dough. Roll it into a sausage and cut in tiny pieces or cut shapes as desired. Cookies must be 1 cm thick. Bake in oven for about 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
