Method
Hi Cookers,:D
Im a spanish boy so my english will look like my spaghettis  but Abraham lincoln said : ''I dont want to know about this man, i just want to know if he tried'' and i like the idea so this recipe is very easy and fast to do it.;)
To organize a work, its better to think before to start and have a clean kitchen, so you can start by choosing the fresh herbs like Basilicum, Chives, Oreganum, Parsley, Thyme and Seeds of Tournesol, and cut them all in small pieces and cut the onions in half like a C and you will have a good fresh, natural, and healthy base for your bolognese sauce.
Prepare the tomatoes mixing them with fresh water and a bit of salt and sugar, and you can join your herbs and onions with the tomatoes to have your sauce.
Cook the spaghetti in water with salt and parsley with a big spoon of olive oil.
Well now you have arround 7 minutes to prepare your ground Beef so cook at low fire the meat in very small pieces with olive oil, parsley and lemon juice. Mix it with your sauce when the meat is becoming ready.
Your pasta is ready to serve with tender in a deep plate with a mountain of bolognese sauce.
For the final touch is simple, serve with two or three fresh basilicum and snowing seeds of tournesol over your creation and bon appetit
