it had to be something else but since the garlic I wanted to use was to be thrown away I started with leek I had in the fridge ......
black greek olives
a few pieces of peperoncino
crashed into pieeces canned tuna
a little cognac
...... the sauce for a friday spaghetti dish.
I was not miser with peperoncino, to correct the sweetness of leek I sliced finely and put in the pan with some evo oil and a few big fat black quartered olives. The canned tuna made into pieces came next. A glug of cognac short before the spaghetti were drained just in time to evaporate and leave only its smell all around the kitchen
