To make caramel: melt sugar in hot pan and add hazelnuts. Transfer hazelnuts caramel to baking paper and let to cool. When it has cooled, divide it into mortar.
When iice cream is half frozen, add plums and hazelnuts caramel, then mix well.

When you mix all ingrediens for cake, add extra 30 grams pure cocoa.
After I made ice cream and cake, we have to assembly. Cut the cake into three parts equal squares.In the middle of cling film, place first lay a cake, then one of ice cream, then cake, ice cream and finish with cake. Wrapped in cling film then put on baking tray to keep their square and let to rest on frozen all night.
When you serve, dust with little cocoa.
