Iced Cream Finger Buns

These are best to eat on the day or the day after.

Ingredients
Dough
My Sweet Dough
Icing
50gm butter softened
200gm Cadbury chocolate melts
100ml cream
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 1/2 cups icing sugar
Cream
200ml cream
1/2 cup icing sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence

Method
1. Roll dough into 8 small, even, long \\\'sausage\\\' like logs, place on a non stick baking tray. Bake the dough at 190°C for 15/20 mins.
2. Once cooled, cut in half, ice and fill with cream.
3. To make the icing, melt chocolate melts, add to softened butter and beat.
4. Add cream gradually and beat well.
5. Gradually add icing sugar and vanilla essence, beat well.
6. For the cream, add the cream, icing sugar and vanilla essence in a bowl and beat thoroughly until its thick.
