  • 1000 g minced meat
  • 4 tbspoon creme fraiche
  • 4 tbspoon strained tomatoes
  • 2 tbspoon tomato pure´
  • freshly picked and fine chopped fresh herbs a handful of each basil, oregano, thyme
  • 3 to 5 garlic cloves according to size
  • a tiny slosh of tabasco
  • salt&peppear black freshly grained
  • to the sauce
  • herbs and garlic as above
  • fresh tomatoes preferably homegrown
  • olive oil
  • and served with fresh poatoes
  • chopp the potatoes into nice chunky bits with the peel left
  • precook in ca 10 min
  • roast in oven with salt&peppar in olive oil ca 15 min 225 c to add color and grilled roasted texture and flavour
Mix the minced beef with all ingrediend and form to burgers the size of baby fists
fry in a nonstick pan with a tiny amount of olive oil or an ordinay with a larger amount

Chopp the tomatoes and cook the with a little olive oil into a fresh sauce add the herbs and the garlic as well as salt&peppar if the color is bleek it´s possible to hot it up with a slosh of tomato pure´

The potatoes are heavanly if you take the small fresh baby ones and divide them into chunky bits and precook before they are roasted in olive oil and salt&peppar
you might add some fres herbs on top before serving the dish

The herbs have to be fresh, according to season and sun etc the amount described a handful might differ a little

Method


Mix the minced beef with all ingrediend and form to burgers the size of baby fists
fry in a nonstick pan with a tiny amount of olive oil or an ordinay with a larger amount
