does balsamic vinegar contains alcohol...
hi susan,
White Balsamico is more or less like a white wine vinegar with flavorings added to make it similar in flavor to real balsamic vinegar. It has the sweetness of balsamic vinegar but doesn't add any colour to the food, as does real Balsamico.

Hi Allora,
What is "white balsamico"? Could I use apple vinegar or anything else in place of that or regular aceto balsamico?
I bought the greenbeans the other day just because I saw your pic - looks lovely!
Ciao!
