Simple and lovely Italian dessert
Ingredients
5 eggs
4 cups sugar
2½ cups milk
5 tablespoons plain flour
5 tablespoongs grated parmesan cheese
5 tablespoons grated coconut
Sugar to caramelize
Method
Mix the eggs, sugar, milk, plain flour and parmesan cheese together in blender. After that, add the grated coconut and stir the mixture with a spoon carefully.
Pour the mixture into a caramelized ring tin and bake it in a bain-marie for about 1h30 or until it gets golden.
Serve cold.

recipe sounds good tho just wondering what temp is the oven at, if you are meaning a bain-marie set up in the oven
