2. add to the pan the peeled chopped apples and potatoes and stir coating them in all the spices.
3.add the chicken and continue frying gently until the chicken has turned white
4.once the chicken is white add the curry powder, water and mango chuntney and stir well.
5.Leave on a med/low heat for 30 mins stirring every now and then to make sure it doesn't stick to the pan
6. once the curry has thickened, serve with rice and a naan bread and enjoy!!!
