Ingredients
250 grams of unsalted butter
1 packet of baking powder
½ cup of powdered sugar
½ cup of chopped almond
3 cups of all-purpose flour
3 crushed mastic
Method
Roast almonds with 3 tablespoon of butter. Add 2 ½ cups of flour to almonds and continue to roast until it gets yellowish and let it cool for a while. Then mix all the ingredients to have a little bit hard and sandy dough. Make balls at size of a walnut. Bake them in a preheated oven for 20 minutes at a degree of 170 degrees Celsius. Sprinkle powdered sugar when they are hot and let them cool. Also sprinkle more sugar while serving.
