4 smoked pork legs (little ones)
500 g kidney beans
1 big onion
1 big carott
2 spoons of tomatoes sauce
2 laurel leaves
*Boil the pork legs with pepper, laurel leaves and salt it after your taste, for about 1 h and a half. Meanwhile wash the beans and put them to boil on low fire. During the boiling you have to change the water twice or you can let the bean in water before you cook it for about 2 - 3 h.
*Chop the onion, give the carott through scraper and put them to fry in some oil for about 10 minutes and then add them to the pot over the bean. When the bean it\'s cooked add the tomatoes sauce over it and then boil it a couple of minutes. When you serve it add parsley on top.
